The late Takis Christodoulou, a pioneering young chemist with a specialized knowledge in fruit processing, founded KEA, the ‘Cyprus Soft Drinks Company’, in 1949, with the aim of extracting juices, essential oils and other natural ingredients from fresh citrus fruit.
